The solar coaster is a real thing

Work from home, 401k with company matching up to $100, company does have an HSA and pays for a good bit of insurance.

“Company culture” is a bit clicky. Sick days and vacation days are the same thing so you do not receive any paid sick time, just vacation. One of the project managers is very rude. The pay is better than some similar positions but the work does not equal the pay. I often find myself doing things that should be handled by other departments. Overall I don’t feel very valued.
