      Pros

      Not a lot of positives to add here. Good people, although unhappy.

      Cons

      Rude, unsupportive and passive aggressive management. Work is rarely creative, it's do what you're told as quickly as possible. Little to no collaboration across the team. Leaving early/coming in late is a sin. TOXIC work environment. Management constantly belittles employees. Ideas are recycled year after year.

      Whoa, sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. Sometimes a fast paced, creatively focused work environment with extremely high expectations is not always the best fit for everyone. The agency has been providing our clients with award winning creative marketing for over two decades now and we have the results to prove it. We could not have accomplished that with “recycled” work. Management does expect a lot from the employees, no doubt, but so do our clients. Hope you found something more appropriate for yourself.

      Pros

      Upon hiring you immediately feel like you are part of a family - which means you get the good with the bad. You don't always get along with your family but you are there for each other and a team at the end of the day. You will never get bored here. There are always opportunities to be creative. You get to work with a wide variety of clients that span across all different industries.

      Cons

      Tempers can run short among staff and management. Expectations are high because so are our clients'. There is always room for improvement in communication (like with any organization). But if you set a high bar for yourself to begin with you will do fine here.

      working downtown. the pink building.

      Cons

      The CEO is a narcissist and the COO is incompetent. Miserable atmosphere. Everyone talks behind each others back. No one knows what they are doing. All smoke and mirrors.
