Pros
The opportunities offered in this organization are tremendous. The ABF Ingredients Headquarters itself may not offer that many roles, but in a wider sense, looking at the accompanying businesses that are part of the group, including the mother company ABF, there are endless opportunities and fields to move into and development is highly supported by the management.
Cons
Some processes are still very outdated, manual, and inefficient. However, I have the feeling that this is highly being worked and invested on.
