Pros
- The people are great, and we all work very well together.
- Very easy to bounce ideas around, and collaborate on the best solution.
- The projects are with some really cool clients, and while they can be intense at times, it's very satisfying seeing a project to completion.
- The leadership seems to try to be as transparent as possible.
- The benefits have improved a good bit since I started working.
- Free lunches!
- There seems to be a genuine interest in making sure that people are getting what they want out of their employment with AD60, and not just what AD60 can get out of their employees.
- Everyone mid-level and up gets 1 work-from-home day a week.
Cons
- As another reviewer said, days start at 9:30, which seems a little late for me. They are pretty flexible if it's discussed before hand. So not really too much of a con.
- While benefits have improved since I started, the 401k matching still has room for improvement.
