Sell products they don’t really have... yet. “Operation Takedown” strategy is main reason for new hires. AKA: you are getting hired to steal work from another mudlogging company. Not even a secret. This is a common phrase heard in the office. Zero care for employees work/life balance. Require full dedication to ALS being number 1 in your life. ALS treating you like an abuser you can’t seem to get away from. AKA: we will work you so much you won’t even have time to get another interview for another job. We will pay you so little you won’t be able to miss a day of work to go on your interview.
