      Pros

      Interesting work. Would be good for someone who doesn't need an income on a set time.

      Cons

      It's impossible to get paid according to your contract. Not sure which of the owners posted that previous report but as far as I know, no one is getting paid net 30. Maybe net 60 if you're lucky. I know of a few who are even later than that. As a typist, I have worked with a lot of different clients but none as dismal as ANP. It's too bad because they do seem to have some interesting projects. The typing rates are fair but that doesn't matter if you're not going to get paid.

      Pros

      ANP has made some recent changes in management which has resulted in positive changes within the company. Payment is now being made every 30 days. There were delays on payment in the past but I was always paid. The company is moving in a direction that will promote growth. The pay is very competitive with other companies. I am a contract employee do I can work the hours I choose.

      Cons

      Audio can be challenging at times with diverse accents and multiple speakers but this is just a small portion of the work. The majority of the work is fairly easy to transcribe.
