- Work from home - Ok benefits

Cons

- Micromanagement - More tickets than technicians to handle them - On-call is available if you want to make more money, but the additional pay is low - Impossible requests will be demanded to make customers happy - If you are efficient you will handle a large portion of tickets which incentivizes laziness - Hard work is recognized, but not rewarded
