      Pros

      Aspida does a great job of valuing their employees and instilling fantastic company values from the top-down. They are constantly pursuing employee feedback to try and improve the company as a whole and their benefits are very solid.

      Cons

      While Aspida is always looking to hear out ways to improve, they are still growing, so some of feedback may be unattainable in their current state.
