Working at ATS Systems has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. What sets this company apart is its commitment to fostering a team-oriented and supportive environment. I joined this company with limited knowledge of the industry and managers and colleagues alike were willing to lend a helping hand, offer guidance, and provide encouragement. This level of support has been instrumental in my growth and development within the company.

No cons that I have encountered to date.

Lots of freedom. Fun, interesting work. Great field service guys, great guys in the shop.

Poor training, company was tanked by a previous CEO and has a long hill to climb. Restructuring makes for an iffy feeling. poor support for service and customers adds to the shaky vibe.
