Fake, Fake, Fake, Fake, Fake - Anonymous employee AVB Employee Review

COO is fake, does not care about the employees, lacks empathy. Makes employees feel uncomfortable when he's around. Walks around every morning asking questions of employees but really doesn't care. It's something he read in one of his many leadership books that he learns from. Hasn't learned how to make employees feel he's authentic and compassionate and they can trust him though. Field employees don't like coming into the office or going to social events due to this. You have to look a certain way to work there. Some employees are favored while others are overloaded with work. COO favors those on his team/wing of the building.
