      Great mother company and many good people

      Cons

      US CEO is over-bearing and micro manager …and gets involved in all levels of the organization . HR has not ‘heart’ and does not really care about the employees

      New opportunities every day and never boring. Able to lead yourself and make decisions for your accounts.

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
