- LOW Salary (I honestly feel embarassed when friends/family would tease me that I am so lucky to have worked here cause the salary is good. Its so sad cause I dont know how to tell them that its not true) - Capped Increase (unless you're promoted) - Upper Management does not work well with the staff. No engagement. Lacks communication with people lower than them - Our HR is not good. Has too many lapses that we can't count anymore and its been too long -Office Politics (Upper Management)
