However, we are deeply concerned about the issues you’ve raised regarding work culture, work-life balance, and management practices. We take these matters very seriously and are committed to creating a supportive and healthy work environment for all employees. We understand the importance of job security and a positive work culture. The redundancy process which took place earlier this year was a single event due to the recent challenging tech environment and we are continually working on strategies to support a positive culture. We encourage current employees to reach out to HR or their managers with any specific concerns or suggestions for improvement.
