Pros

Honestly, none — unless you count learning how a modern-day corporate disaster operates from the inside. Maybe a lesson in how not to run a business.

Cons

Toxic, suffocating workplace culture Leadership ruled by fear, manipulation, and blind favoritism Shella (CBO) runs the entire show, not the CEO Professionalism is non-existent Decisions are arbitrary, data-free, and logic-less No career path, no mentorship, no innovation Constant dirty politics and morale-destroying behavior Psychological safety? Forget about it If you stand up for yourself, you’re isolated or shown the door

Thank you for sharing your perspective. While we welcome honest feedback, even when it's critical, we do believe that personal attacks on individuals, especially those working to drive change, are neither fair nor constructive. Acefone is in the midst of a significant transformation under new leadership. With that comes stronger systems, a sharper focus on outcomes and higher expectations. These changes are already showing impact in how we operate, how we serve customers and how we position ourselves for long-term success. We recognize that transitions like this can feel uncomfortable, especially when they challenge familiar ways of working. But we remain confident in the direction we're headed and in the intent and capability of the leaders guiding us there. We continue to encourage open, respectful dialogue. Anyone with concerns or ideas is welcome to reach out to HR or leadership directly. We’re committed to building a culture that values transparency, performance and mutual respect.

Pros

- See people doing marketing who don't even know the "M" of it 🤣 - Get free lessons from the CBO who loves preaching (please bear with her tempered tone and frequent misbehavior) 😎 - Get to know how management work and styling lessons from the CEO who learned it from OXFORD (please bear with him he is still learning how to be a CEO) 😎 - Get to know what is technology and product from CTO, who brags about his past (while the product is pathetic daily complaints of clients) 😎 - Get to know Sales who doesn't know how to do SALES (not one single person can talk to the client properly and ask would you pay before buying?) 😎 - Challenge yourself how to survive in a place full of politics, (and some pretty mean people...shhh.. don't tell anyone 😁) - Flexible timing is tempting, but the price you'll pay is too much (no work life balance, no fixed work hours, leave 1 second early and you will be marked as half day...to be continued) 😒 - You aren't allowed to take leave in MARCH (because, you know it is result time of company... CBO words) Keynote: If they can say 'KHATAM TATA BYE BYE' to a person overnight without any formal exit (who held the company on his shoulders for 14 years and was acting-CEO and true CBO) then what "raddish" you are. Enjoy the company of highly unintelligent and hyper arrogant (un)professionals 😉 ..and the list goes on... Don't take my words, go ahead and experience yourself 😂

Cons

They let you go home, and you don't get to enjoy this drama for 24/7.
