      Pros

      Nothing is good here All the positive reviews are fake and there is extreme micromanagement and worst work life balance. The positive reviews are written by the content writing team and the HRs. Even Glassdoor is showing alerts and warnings about the attempts being made by this company to artificially inflate the reviews with fake positive reviews. The HR is extremely unprofessional and very rude who constantly keeps harrassing the employees

      Cons

      Everything is a con here, zero trainings given and you are expected to do everything on your own without any trainings. This is not a good company to work

      Useful work with live campaign data. Remote setup makes it easier to focus. Managers give clear feedback without hovering. Good learning curve with ad metrics and reporting. Health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.
