I've been working at Adaptiq for a while now and can honestly say it's one of the better companies I've been part of. The team culture is genuinely friendly and collaborative — people here actually help each other, not just on paper. Management is transparent and approachable, which makes a huge difference day to day. Leadership clearly cares about the product and the people building it. Of course, no place is perfect — things move fast and sometimes priorities shift quickly — but overall it's a company where you can do meaningful work and feel valued.

Fast pace can be intense at times.

I’ve been working at Adaptiq for over 4 months now — and I really appreciate the professionalism of my colleagues, both from Adaptiq and from our client, Harmonya. My hiring experience was transparent and straightforward — recruiters Anastasiia and Maryna always stayed in touch and promptly shared feedback from the client (though sometimes I wished for a bit more detail). The onboarding process was smooth and comfortable — we had several meetings with representatives from different departments, where everything was explained very clearly and in a structured way. A nice bonus is that, even without an office in your location, the company can cover coworking space rent for those who want to occasionally change their work environment and expand their network. I do wish there were language courses offered by the company — that could be a good improvement point. I definitely recommend Adaptiq for collaboration.
