Just look at their employee turnover data from the last few years, and you’ll not even think of working here or looking for positives.

Cons

The employee turnover is ridiculously high. Who gets the blame? The arrogant leadership. They are clueless about how to lead and retain employees. Their poor attitude leads to a higher number of people quitting than those staying. Avoid working here if you are smart.

Pros

I really enjoyed my time working as a Trainer for AMI. The role provided me with a lot of hands-on experience in physical rehabilitation training. One of the biggest advantages of working at their monthly events was the opportunity for continuous learning. These events are designed to train doctors, and as a trainer, you get to actively participate, support the speaker, and absorb a wealth of knowledge each time. Every event offered something new, making it a rewarding and educational experience.

Cons

If there’s one con, it’s that things don’t always go exactly as planned—after all, these are live events. Sometimes you have to think on your feet, adjust your pace, or improvise based on time constraints. But honestly, that unpredictability was also part of the fun and a great way to build real-world experience and adaptability.

Pros

You’ll quickly learn how to work under pressure and think on your feet.

Cons

I’ve worked at some bad places, but this one takes the crown. Since started, it was clear something was off. Turns out the company is run by Scientologists, and if you’re not one of them, you’re automatically not trusted. The CEO and leadership made it painfully obvious who was “in” and who wasn’t. There was no direction, no proper training, just chaos and horrible supervision. You’re expected to figure things out on your own, and when things go wrong (which they always do), you take the blame. The vibe was aggressive, cold, and honestly abusive. People quit constantly, I’m talking near 100% turnover. I left completely drained and frustrated, and honestly, just grateful to be out.
