Pros

Plenty of opportunities for change of roles Entry level employees’ voices are always valued but not middle management. Company’s overall performance is strong and recruitment is great with tons of talented individuals!

Cons

Used to be a great place to work when the previous CEO was around where directions are transparent. However, with the new leadership, many employees from various countries were forced to leave with management finding fault with performance which came as a surprise to many and asked to sign mutual separation agreement and they ended up hiring in Bangkok which is much lower in cost. The company’s performance management culture used to be strong but believe with cost cutting measures to centralise in Bangkok and probably not wanting to create rumours of retrenchment, many out side of Bangkok encountered the same “treatment” suddenly without any signs of managers informing them of poor performance prior which goes against the performance management culture which was strong all along. This is especially so in the Customer Experience Group.

Cons

Low pay for tech industry, work-life balance is poor, can feel stuck if your manager does not support your growth, dependency on PPT presentations
