The leadership team has consistently supported internal growth, encouraging employees to take on new challenges and expand their expertise.
Eventually, I stepped into a leadership role heading up Airoom Architects Corp., which has been a particularly fulfilling chapter in my career. In this position, I’ve been able to combine my experience with my passion for architecture and team development, helping guide projects from concept through completion while mentoring others along the way.
