Pros
Really good company to work for and everyone is very nice. It's a good place for university graduates when they are looking for their first job. You will learn about the different fund managers (Hedge Funds and Private Markets) and how LPs work. Team days are Tuesday and Thursday. Can wfh three days a week.
Cons
The pay is really too low for London. Some employees are struggling. Maternity leave is only 2 months. People leave after 2-3 years once they receive a job offer from a fund manager. It's almost impossible to save any money and make ends meet.
