- The small, senior heavy teams the firm prides itself on make life tough for junior staff...you are definitely thrown into "sink or swim" situations...but most at the firm are able to figure it out and deliver. The firm is recognising that to grow, more junior staff must be hired. I think a challenge is how the firm will adapt to the change in team dynamics, as junior staff need proper mentoring, training, etc.
