Is becoming too micro-managed. The staff is extremely experienced, let them work. All the new systems that are supposed to help… don’t help the agents. It makes simple phone calls and emails become multi-step wastes of time. One goes from many calls an hour, to like 3 because of all the data entry. And screens are now recorded so you’re constantly making typos out of nervousness and anxiety. They’ve lost the plot at Internova.
