Most Schedules are late at night, early mornings(2nd, 3rd shift) Managers, HR are only as helpful as corporate answers allow them to be. Constantly doing the same work everyday with consistent lifting of up to 40 lbs daily Average of 8,000-11,000 steps (6-9 miles+) depending on leg height/leg length walked daily
