Some orgs well run More often than not folks are there for the right reason
Cons
All hat and no cattle, very few initiatives are even close to being done Folks transferring in and out from other teams feel like things go back to square one out of nowhere "Ambiguous environment"=Bad management Crab bucket mentality if you aren't part of the in-crowd, absolutely sickening amount of yes-people around.
