      Many parties and team bonding events.

      Cons

      They are "selling" unlimited vacation to the employees, but they won't let you take more than the usual 22 per year. What a joke!

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
