Head of DE&I quite and has not been replaced, and DE&I scrubbed from external publications. - central control of all messaging, even internal, out of fear Fox News will find out that Amex is nice to its employees regardless of background - total change in culture and priorities to focus on satisfying regulators, rather than customers, but without senior leaders acknowledging that this is a massive change from the "customer first, growth first, agile first, move quickly" push they were making only a couple years ago - senior leaders don't understand time zones - always needing to do more with no additional resources
