          Pros

Offer food credit up to 15$ in cafeteria Office in NYC, NY and Phoenix, AZ Offers remote position Trying to modernize with some focus on industry standards

          Cons

The entire company is 70% Indian contractor and 30% full-time employee. which means lack of diversity and cultural differences. Technology is not prioritized because this is a non-tech company. Teams have weak leadership due to tech leads being contractors who can come and go at any notice. When I joined there was no Senior Engineer. Full software development cycle is not usually followed, lacking documentation and testing standards. Growth is not a focus here as compared to US startup companies Overall company moves very slowly in terms of work given with un-clear objectives.

        Customer Service Representative CSR

I had an interview this afternoon for a customer service position in a call center. The ad was very vague to begin with and at the end of it I felt like I really didn't know anything more about the job. When I asked about the starting pay, which was not published in the ad, they looked incredulous (they were doing on-the-spot hiring today) and then asked me "What's your range?" And only responded with "I think we could meet that." And still never gave me a straight answer. Is this a red flag?

        Software Engineer

I did my initial interview with a “better established” startup and they said the interview process is 5 interviews. 3 technical then 1 interview with the CEO then another technical interview. Idk about you but that seems like a lot of interviews and they said they want to do it as fast as possible in a short time span. Is this a normal amount of interviews? Is this a red flag? For a full stack software position 4-5 years exp how much salary should be the norm in a hcol area?

Is it unprofessional to attend a Zoom interview from within your car? I am currently employed and just landed an interview for tomorrow. It is a virtual interview over Zoom. Should I try to find somewhere besides my car for the interview? I don't know that I could but wanted to get yalls thoughts on this.
