Pros

The people working there are great!! Training is very good.

Cons

This is a pyramid scheme disguised as a real insurance sales job. They give you “free” leads from union members. They will range in age from 1 month to 2 years or more. You are cold calling these people to get them their free union benefits only to bait and switch them into a whole policy. 90% of people you contact have no idea why the call is about. The sales side of it is dishonest and slimy at best. No on to the worst part, they will give you enough resources to make a little money , but those leads will dry up and they won’t replace them for you or if they do it’s someone else’s leads they couldn’t reach. So the game is hire anyone with a heartbeat, get them licensed, make a little money, starve them out so they quit, management keeps the residuals from the policies. Rinse repeat. Their retention rate is around 1% so tread lightly. Do your research on this company before you apply!

Pros

Great pay, good consistent training, great management (I personally had a great management team, I know this can vary)

Cons

Fully Remote (this is a con for me as it took a toll on my health over the years), It is commission based which can be tough for some people. There was a noticeable amount of past clients cancelling due to an agent adding more insurance that was too expensive and often didn't properly explain that they were adding more.
