      Invaluable experience overall: the learning curve is steep and traders are very helpful

      Cons

      Really no cons, however, would be better if the course was longer. 3 months just isn't enough to feel confident trading

      flexible, rotating between different financial sections, training, using financial skills in a practical way.

      remote, so short, networking, rotation.
