It's a cult around the CEO and C-Level/VPs. Leadership is abusive. AVOID OFFSITES and in-person events at all cost to protect your integrity. Most toxic and over-politized company I've ever set foot in. There is absolutely no clue where the business is heading as they just step over trends to keep seducing softbank to inject more money. Met some great people, lovely human beings, but they all left pretty quickly, given the circumstances.
