They have been recently acquiring new Dealerships and making promises of a continuation of process and personnel that made those stores they acquired successful in the first place. Once transition settles in, they cut the heads off any remaining management, regardless of talent, potential, or adaptation to new company as well as change all in store process and salvage the remains. They attempt to apply process and strategy that have worked in some of their original stores which may apply poorly in new stores as not all stores are built alike and not all markets are the same.
