      Pros

      Flexible work from home mobile is great.

      Cons

      Management have too many requirements that are non-billable. No balance in how work is distributed between staff. Some employees have minimal work, others are above capacity. They continue to hire, without considering where the clients are located. Often driving over q hour to see clients, when the max billable is 30 min. Very KPI driven, 95% compliance on KPIs will flag a review with HR. Don't put in for leave, or you'll be reprimanded....when you return

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Cons

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
