      Pros

      A wonderful staff of interesting people who are uniquely talented and great at what they do. If you are a plant lover, you get to spend 50 or so hours a week amongst them.

      Cons

      The hours are long and working on the road staying in hotels can wear you down some, but it is fun work and people love it. Seeing how excited people get as the project nears completion always gave me the boost to keep going!
