Run far, far away. - Sales Director Arc XP Employee Review

CEO has been pitching the same “vision” for the last 3 years with minimal changes to the software. He also does very little in terms of networking and being customer facing as the head of the company. Disappears for days at a time and hard to find when big decisions need to be made. CSO is a bully and has created a toxic sales environment, does very little to support her sales team and also disappears for days at a time especially when important decisions have to be made. Half of my job is dealing with office politics and corporate bs, it’s exhausting. Layoffs at least twice a year and nothing changes.
