Extremely poor decisions made in 2023 plus the prior merger with Storagecraft have almost made us non profitable. Staff were cut to the bare bone in 2023 - PAM's TAM's fired leaving a very lean salesforce with finance decisions being made by a bid team in India that did not understand deal making. As a result 2024 numbers were poor across EMEA and further staff cuts made.
