      Pros

      Weekly pay and depending on how small your route you can get off early.

      Cons

      The pay compared to the number of stops and physical labor. You are moving anything from furniture, refrigerators, sectional, and 50 pounds of dog food by yourself. You can deliver up to 233 packages a day depending on your route. Company don't give raises that often.

      The best work experience I have ever had. The work place environment is welcoming. Everyone is genuinely happy to be working at Ardent.

      New drivers are paid by the day. Regardless of how many hours you work your pay will be the same.

      Cons

      High turnover will increase volume for those who show up for work
