Low pay, favoritism, expensive parking & benefits, leadership disconnect Growth and advancement is little to none. Creativity is not valued as much as hierarchy . Titled do not accurately reflect the work and responsibilities you’ll have— i.e. advanced “analyst” level work with the title of “assistant” or “coordinator”. Many complain of feeling under compensated leading to low morale. Health care benefits are expensive and PTO does not include federal holidays. Expect to learn a lot but at the expense of being paid very below market. A clock-in-clock-out, stringent & conservative culture, Argus has long ways to go before becoming a place to call home for your career.
