- Fantastic new hire onboarding process
- Fully supportive of remote work
- Very transparent, from top to bottom
- Always feels like the right people are being hired
- Every employee is truly passionate about the work, lives the values, and owns the outcomes
- Respectful, courteous team
- Engaging/exciting work
- Solid benefits package
- Well-respected within the industry
People are nice, Art is interesting, company tries to foster positive culture
Cons
Leaders lie about comp, pay old employees way less than new ones (and directly lie about it), opportunities to advance are extremely limited, do not give much positive feedback or encouragement. People leave artsy in order to get a higher salary when they return- the only way to get a fair title and wage bump here.
