Nice colleagues. If you're given the opportunity to, you can work on projects that add value onto your resume

Manager taking credit of all your works & ideas, never inviting you to important meeting, and most importantly getting very agitated should you have feedback or new input to their current workflow. Manager who also decides to give you more projects without promoting you, but then advocates to promote others who were there for the least amount of time. A manager who blames their own reports for mistakes, never assisting when help is requested for larger issues, but intervenes out of nowhere for small tasks to micromanage. This is not a good manager nor a good employee. The amount of times this manager slipped in front of me talking ill of another report rubbed me off the wrong way, and makes me wonder how much they spoke ill of me
