      Pros

      Nice people, free childcare. Celebrated peoples engagements + baby showers. Potluck events.

      Cons

      Let many people go after years with the company to purchase another PEO. Used to have a great atmosphere and did things very well as a company, but changed from being spectacular to not caring about employees or loyalty of employees that has been there 3-7+ years.

      Pros

      We have the most amazing co-workers and leadership team. As the Company has grown, we have attracted (or in many cases - developed) only the best in the profession. Our people are creative, authentic, and passionate about our business and how we can contribute to our co-employees lives & client's businesses in a meaningful way. We are supported by our leadership team without being micromanaged. We are encouraged to grow personally and provided professional development opportunities. Fantastic benefits including employee medical coverage, benefit management tools, heavily discounted onsite daycare (a gamechanger for sure), retirement plan matching, engagement and values based rewards, flexibility, etc.

      Cons

      Not a con, but realistically, this industry isn't for everyone. It's hard work but also very rewarding for those that are the right fit for the organization and PEO dynamics.
