- They say that they're good at matching clients to EAs but in reality they're poor in that area. - They screen their applicants and employees so much, but they just keep on accepting clients and side with them on all issues. The EA is always wrong in those instances. - Wanted to separate itself from being called a BPO, but kept on hiring call center people for managers. Go figure.
