      Pros

      The people were definitely the highlight. Also great foundational training for a sales career in or out of sports. Young office with a good culture overall. If it's for you, it's the best, you need to be fully bought-in though. Good pay for a sports org.

      Cons

      The turnover rate is pretty insane because it's simply not for everyone.
