Pros

Years ago when Jim and George were still involved it was a fun agency. They used to be good about promoting from within, depending on the role and department. In 2018, CIP Capital invested in GD and the priorities shifted, it's gone downhill from there.

Cons

The acquisitions, layoffs, restructuring, and recent rebranding have done a number on the company and culture. They had some great talent, but many have left. They do not value their employees and the workload is ridiculous. Some members of the client service team are cliquey and do not work well with others in a professional environment.
