great benefits, great people, and work from home

lay offs and uncertainty; change directions too many times

- there is work to be done, so each project will teach you something (whether it be managing projects, tech, etc.) - most peers are smart and nice to work with - free lunch and snacks

- projects not very interesting. felt like some projects were brought up, then sometimes scrapped after you spent time on it due to some changing priorities - seemed like peers did not want to be there and wanted out, but in a employer's market it's not easy - felt like morale was low (seemed like someone was leaving every week)
