We also want to directly address some of your concerns. We take performance expectations seriously and make it a priority to set clear, realistic KPIs during onboarding and throughout an Account Executive’s career. These goals are grounded in historical performance, and many team members have consistently met or exceeded them. Our training program is designed to be comprehensive, with ongoing coaching to support long-term success.
As a growing startup, we recognize that we sometimes have limited resources — but we are continuously evaluating new tools, systems, and ways to improve how we work. Feedback from team members is a key part of that process, and we’re committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
Regarding customer communication: we operate in a highly technical and complex market, and we make every effort to present clear, transparent, and comprehensive information. We never aim to mislead and are constantly working to improve how we educate and support our customers.
