Pros
There is really some great people that work here. The benefits are awesome Inclusive of an annual bonus, 4 weeks vaca, and raises every year.
Cons
Just a bunch of nepotism and turn over within the organization but mostly in HR. With my experience in the HR, they over work their employees and question why they leave. They expect to pay you for 40 and you to do 60. One issue I recently saw that is just down right wrong is letting teams ago after they spent months of extra work implementing software across the organization. They let go all these people without warning or severance packages. They also launch investigations on internal people when they want them gone, under false pretenses. It’s a tough place to work if you don’t sell yourself out. I am still currently employed, but my time is coming. Only 50% of HR has been here over a year, this is without expansion, just normal retention.
