Avasant has allowed me to be exposed to client-facing engagements early on in my career which from what I understand is pretty unique compared to other larger consulting firms. I've been directly mentored by partners who have taken the time to make sure I'm enjoying the work and am on a path that I am happy with. Everyone I've worked with on various projects has been really supportive and helpful while navigating new territories. Avasant has been a great place to grow and learn.

Avasant doesn't have the most comprehensive consulting training so a lot of my workload has been learning on-the-go. It was a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it and figure out that people actually want to help you learn it becomes much more manageable. Having teammates that for a majority live in India has been a little bit of a struggle with the handoff of work that has to occur due to different time zones.
