Don’t work here - Server/Waiter Avvio Employee Review

Management always has negative things to say, Chef Cat is arrogant and will make you try daily specials even when you politely decline, lot of elderly client who sit forever in your section because they are retired and have nothing better to do, Management acts like Avvio is fine dining although it is far from it, slow establishment especially as a morning shift server, Chef cat leaves her breast pumps on the back prep tables but would yell at servers for being unhygienic for putting their hair up or being on their phone, manager Paul would never recognize servers efforts, it was always negativity at shift meets, if it’s slow they will want you to dust, walk around the restaurant like a wierdo, they also have a program indecisive given to guest for leaving reviews that will hold penatlity on you if the survey scores are below average even when it’s the kitchen or bars fault.
