There is an issue with losing top talent on the company due to harmful practices, but they face retaliation when then speak up. As a member of PD(HR), I would expect the company to work to minimize turnover, legal liabilities, and EEOC concerns but instead we are leaving fake company reviews with passive agressive statements directed toward former employees who has a bad experience. We lost a top producing members of an undisclosed teams to valid concerns, but if I try to fix them, I will potentially lose my job. Instead we must feverishly report reviews that aren't glowingly positive, to give the misconception to new candidates that we are not a unsavory workplace when in fact this team has only gotten worse with earch merger and acquisition.
