Pros
There is No Pros, look at majority of reviews as well.
Cons
1. I was called at 12 PM and asked to come to interview at 2 PM. (My travel time alone was an hour), that too I was new to Dubai and didn't know the area. I somehow managed to reach on time, but was called after a 30 minutes wait. 2. During interview, with some questions, I was asked to work for 2 days as a trial, I accepted, as I knew my work. 3. I asked for a laptop, because the laptop provided to me was very old, and to open something it took 15 minutes. He said, if I can go back home and bring my own laptop(2 hours travel). 4. I was new to Dubai, didn't know the area or commute. So, the second day of trial I came in 5 minutes late, but I called him and informed that I am on my way. 5. After the trial is over, I got a text saying that he was very upset I came late and so he is not sure about my employment. (Which world do you live in?) 6. Finally with so many follow ups from my side, he said okay, he is ready to give a chance. 7. On my first day, he again gave that crappy laptop and asked to work. I somehow managed to work, thinking it will become better later on. 8. Mid day, I asked the HR or whoever it was that said handle these things about the visa and offer letter. He/She said it usually takes few months to get the employment visa (I know very well, with all proper documents it takes a week or max 2 weeks). 9. And I was explained about the nonsense rules of the company, which was really toxic. And the person said to me off record that, if you leave on time for many days, they will fire you. 10. One more thing was mentioned "Be Unique takes much time to hire a person, but can fire in an instant". (This is not something you say to a new hire or anyone). 11. End of day, it was 5 PM, no one left, 6PM, 7PM, still employees are in the office. So, I finally went and asked if I can leave( it is an hour travel back for me). He asked all the details of my work and when I asked about my Contract/Offer letter, his tone changed and I clearly understood he had no intention to give it to me soon. 12. YOU GIVE AN EMPLOYEE OFFER LETTER, HE ACCEPTS AND THEN HE STARTS TO WORK. They need to learn this. 13. Very low salary as well. When I asked, he said I am ready to give you as much as you want, that's not a concern for me, but I want you to prove yourself. (All I could do is laugh inside at this type of salary negotiation). Thank God, I decided not to go back again, and that was one of the best decisions I ever made. Company looked dull, and looking at so many other reviews I realised that the management is toxic and consider themselves above all.
